Nature Based Therapy for Mind-Body Healing

Helping you recover from disordered eating, perfectionism, and anxiety though somatic psychotherapy to finally live your most authentic life

Are you an outdoor athlete who feels trapped between the drive to eat perfectly and the loss of control that follows?

Many outdoor adventurers live with a quiet cycle of obsession, perfectionism, and pressure around food and performance. What may begin like a health intention such as clean eating, structured training, or high standards is really a drive for control and can slowly become rigid, exhausting, and all-consuming. You may look capable and put together on the outside while feeling stuck, anxious, or disconnected on the inside.

Over time, this cycle can pull you away from the freedom, presence, and joy that drew you to the mountains, trails, and wild places in the first place. Therapy offers a space to step out of constant self-monitoring and rebuild an intuitive relationship with food and your body that feels more flexible, supportive, and freeing. This will allow you to fully experience the life you’re meant to live.
