Therapy is not one-size-fits-all — it’s uniquely tailored to you.. Therapy can take place in office, in an indoor climbing gym, or outside, depending on preference and therapeutic goals. Therapy will be a mix of verbal processing, mindfulness meditation, expressive arts and movement to support healing. While therapy can be serious, Lia also makes room for joy, laughter, and play. The beginning phase of therapy will be rapport building and assessment to create an individualized treatment plan. Therapy is most effective when beginning on a weekly basis, and then moving down to bi weekly or monthly if needed. Every 6 months there will be a treatment plan review to ensure therapy is aligned with your progress, allowing space for reflection, growth, and any necessary adjustments.

I highly recommend client self pay for sessions due to the fact that insurance companies are motivated by money and have tight criteria. Using insurance requires a diagnosis, limited modalities used, and can have tight parameters around frequency of sessions, session length, and duration of therapy. I believe the client should have full autonomy in making these decisions and not insurance companies. That being said, insurance does allow for more affordable care. I am credentialed with United, Aenta, Medicaid, and. Anthem/BCBS. Please call your insurance to verify your benefits to know exactly what your copay will be. If using insurance, it is your responsibility to verify coverage and benefits. You are responsible for all applicable deductibles, co-payments, co-insurances, and any other from of cost-sharing. If insurance ends, you are responsible for all charges dating from the end of insurance coverage. If your insurance plan denies the visit despite Glacier Lily Therapy following all necessary procedures, you are responsible to pay in full for the service. Any portion not covered by insurance is your responsibility.

Full session fees $160 will be charged for any no-show appointments. We will excuse the first late cancellation or no-show of each calendar year; however, afterward, there will be no exceptions to this policy regardless of circumstances.
